Mr. Bosworth has over a decade of experience in economic instruction, research, and expert analysis, consulting, and testimony. He has provided expert analysis, opinions, and testimony in state and federal courts. His practice encompasses multiple areas of economic analysis and litigation, including intellectual property, antitrust, labor code violations, class certification, and the quantification of damages from other forms of commercial disputes. Examples of his work include analysis, opinions, and/or testimony related to lost profits, reasonable royalties, market power and impact of industry cartelization, wrongful termination, wage and hour underpayment, meal and rest break violations, and more. Mr. Bosworth has taught economics and finance courses and the graduate and undergraduate level, and is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute.
