Mr. Schwartz is an economist with more than 10 years of litigation consulting experience. His work has covered a broad range of matters including antitrust, finance, intellectual property, international arbitration, and contract disputes. Mr. Schwartz has performed analysis related to antitrust liability, econometric damage estimates, class certification, allocations of settlements, pass through of overcharges to indirect purchasers, reasonable royalties, lost profits, business valuation and actuarially fair dividend payments. His analysis has covered many industries as well, including ports, vitamins, chemical products, computer hardware, insurance, real estate and pharmaceuticals. Before joining Nathan Associates, Mr. Schwartz was a manager in the Forensic Litigation and Valuation Services division of UHY Advisors and a senior analyst at Glassman-Oliver Economic Consultants.
