Former CEO and now a member of the board, Dr. Singh specializes in the development and assessment of damages models for complex commercial and antitrust litigation. In more than 30 years as a consulting economist, Dr. Singh has conducted damages studies involving many different industries, most notably finance and insurance, commercial real estate, airline transportation, and oil and gas production and distribution. Additionally, Dr. Singh is an expert in the assessment of methodologies for measuring damages in class action litigation. Dr. Singh has taught economics, statistics, and econometric courses at Howard University.
