Mr. Knudsen has 34 years of experience in auditing, management consulting, reorganization and workout consulting, business valuation, investigative accounting, and analysis of financial and business issues in commercial litigation. He has testified many times in state and federal courts, at arbitration, and before regulatory bodies. Mr. Knudsen specializes in damage analysis and investigative accounting and has calculated damages in cases ranging from intellectual property to consumer class actions. He has also assisted companies with licensing management and evaluation of royalty rates. Mr. Knudsen has led investigations and assessed accounting-related issues in the context of 10-A investigations, securities litigation matters, and purchase price disputes.
Mr. Knudsen is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
