Ms. Heinemann has worked in the litigation consulting field for more than 20 years, providing economic analysis for commercial disputes and intellectual property matters. Ms. Heinemann is a forensic accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation, and has testified widely as a qualified expert witness in arbitration, federal, and state courts. 

A specialist in quantifying damages, Ms. Heinemann has broad experience with disputes including breach of contract, business interruption, and violations of intellectual property. Her work on intellectual property matters encompasses copyright, patent, and trademark infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Examples of her work include economic analysis of revenues and costs; forensic review of accounting information; economic analysis of product attributes, competition, and market share; consideration for apportionment; and business valuation.

Her sector expertise includes substantive experience in the automotive industry, particularly as it relates to dealer franchise disputes. There she has provided forensic accounting and economic analysis on such issues as dealership establishment, dealership termination, dealership vehicle allocations, and dealership sales performance.

Ms. Heinemann is a Certified Public Accountant and is Accredited in Business Valuation.
