Nathan Associates was hired by the Inter-American Investment Corp. to conduct due diligence of a proposed expansion of the Bahamian company Southern Air Charter Company Ltd. (SACCL). Nathan advised SACCL on its plan to acquire two additional aircraft for the company to add flights to Florida and new destinations within the Bahamas.

Nathan assessed the business plan, operating licenses,revenues, expenses, risks, and feasibility of buying the aircraft. The assessment and final recommendation weighed the impact on the economic environment and tourism sector in the Bahamas as well as competition in domestic and regional markets.
