On behalf of Aeroportos de Mozambique (ADM), Nathan Associates designed and implemented a fee system that responds as a whole to cost-benefit principles. After reviewing ADM?s financial standing and operating conditions, we designed a simple and modern airport fee-tariff structure that provides incentives to attract passengers and air cargo operations and makes Mozambique?s airports more competitive in the region while maintaining high standards for service, quality and price.
