The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) is excited to announce the Investing in a Sustainable Future – Climate Finance in Emerging Markets virtual event scheduled for April 22, 2022 (World Earth Day) for businesses, NGOs, commercial banks, investment funds, and institutional investors around the world who have active projects relevant to climate mitigation, adaptation, and/or resiliency (Register Here).

This event will serve to reach entities that are eligible for DFC support and inform them about how they can work with DFC.

During the event, attendees will have an opportunity to hear from senior U.S. government representatives, DFC financing and political risk insurance staff, as well as representatives of other agencies working on climate initiatives. In addition, current DFC clients will speak about particularly innovative projects they have developed in this area. After the event, businesses that meet DFC eligibility criteria will be able to engage DFC to explore the possibility of financing or political risk insurance.
